There are a couple of things to think about before making the decision to purchase a HD projector. First, you want to decide on a room which will be your auditorium.
The room will need to be darkened, as light can severely affect the projected image. So, you do not want windows with daylight shinning on the screen.
You also will have to factor in the price of a projector screen. Though not completely essential, it will bring out the best in a HD projector.
When buying a HD projector, the main factor you need to make, is whether you need the HD projector to be transportable or to have permanent placement. HD projectors that are transportable are excellent for other uses,eg at work, in your business when communicating with staff or clients, and to take to a mates home, for example.
A point which is sometimes overlooked is with the remote control. Ensure the remote control meets your requirements. Does the configuration of the remote make it simple to use? Or do you need to get up and make physical contact with the projector to switch settings, etc .
Another point to consider with HD projectors is the inputs. The inputs let you connect your computer to your HD projector, you DVD player, and your wire and satellite. As such, you need more inputs. The main point is to make sure they're compatible.
