Where is the VGA port on my computer?
Our computer is messed up. The monitor says "VGA input: no input signal". I read on here somewhere that the cable is just messed up, but which cable? Our computer is a hp pavillion. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
Thanks for the picture, but it didn't have any affect. It still says there's no signal. I unscrewed the VGA cable on both ends and still nothing happened. Any more suggestions?
The VGA port is the port that connects the computer to the screen. It's a D-port so its in the shape of a "D" it should be blue and you might have to push the cable in a bit more cuz if its too loose, you'll get tht message. also check the connection between the cable and the screen to make sure that's plugged in enough. it should be somewhere on the back of your computer
